Researchers believe that about 60,000 thoughts dominate the human mind throughout the day.  Most of these thoughts are the ones that dominate the brain over and over again.  This wide range of thinking is more negative and less positive.


 Only good thinking and timely thinking can help us succeed.  You may also spend a lot of time thinking, wasting time thinking, not being able to make decisions in time, so you just have to follow these 7 things that will give you your infinity.  Will help overcome thoughts.


 1- Give your thoughts a deadline


 Give your thoughts a final deadline to think about anything.  It's not that they look good, they think, etc.  Not at all.  There is a definite time within which you have to think and decide.  What happens is that when we think openly, along with the good thoughts of our work, wasteful, time-wasting thoughts also begin to come to mind.  Once you have made a decision with the best possible thinking within the final time, then do not think further until you have acted on the previously thought decision.  If you have more than one way to go about a task, try to do it all in turn.  If you just keep thinking, acting and fearing that the expected result will not come out, then believe me you will never be able to make the best decision.  It is important to remember that thinking about the outcome is part of good thinking, but the actual address follows the process.  The shortcomings that remain are then rectified at the time of review.  But it is not that you will sit hand in hand after thinking that you will act only when everything is perfect, then just understand that you have done your job.

 If we put this into play, we can be sure that we will be able to make a very easy and timely decision.  But we think that if everything is the same as we thought it would be, then it is not possible in this world, my friend.  We are both compelled and sovereign at the same time.  Thinking unnecessarily about things or actions over which you have no control is nothing but a waste of time.  In such cases, we suffer from depression.  Such involuntary talk and events should be left to the time of trust in Allah. Just making a wrong decision or coming up with the opposite result of thinking only tells us that we are ultimately human, not an angel.  Thinking constantly after something like this only adds to our confusion.




 6- Positive and encouraging environment


 Remember that you think and act the way your surroundings do.  You will live in a sad environment 



, you will study like that, you will not be able to make a healthy decision if you listen to sad songs.  Your motivation is very important for good and real thinking.  Living among energetic and enthusiastic people and studying like that would also strengthen your thinking.  You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.  How much to think, when and how to think, to do all these things must make your environment positive.  The better your outer world is, the more beautiful your inner world will be.





 7- Think backwards


 You see the train / bus must be late, so and so will not meet today, I feel that something bad is going to happen today, I will fail, I will not, and so on and so forth.  Please stop thinking before you act on such things.  Even if such a thing comes to mind, do not put it into words.  When such thoughts come, it will be seen, Allah is not, change the direction and angle of your thoughts by saying. Otherwise, when such thoughts come, the devil will put more whispers in your heart.  Will weaken you  You will constantly have unlimited thoughts in your mind.  You have to break them with the remembrance of Allah.  Positive thinking will happen automatically.
